Website processing
The website is hosted through Netlify. When you visit, the hosting provider may process IP address, request time, browser details and security/access logs for delivering and securing the site. Hosting retention, locations and sub-processors must be verified with the provider.
Analytics and cookies
This deployment does not intentionally load PostHog session recording or the previously embedded Emergent analytics script. Essential hosting-related technical storage may still occur. If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, disclosures and consent controls will be reviewed first.
App functionality
The current product description does not include user registration, login, a community wall or photo uploads. Recipes, settings and schedules may be stored locally on a device. Actual app permissions, storage, crash reporting, SDKs and network traffic have not yet been independently verified.
Free access
This release of PizzaBook is free. The app does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Support inquiries
If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond and manage the inquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to inquiries or pre-contractual steps, as applicable. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed or legally required; an exact retention schedule must be established.
Legal bases and recipients
Depending on the processing: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for requested services, Article 6(1)(f) for security and support, Article 6(1)(c) for legal duties, and Article 6(1)(a) where consent is required. Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf. International transfer mechanisms, if applicable, must be verified.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Contact support@pizzabook.app. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), dsb.gv.at.
Changes
We update this notice when processing or app functionality changes. The published date identifies this version.
